Human Resource Development & Employment Support Program

At Ricardo, through our local subsidiary in Sri Lanka (Ricardo-Lanka), we operate a comprehensive human resource development and employment support program that assists talented individuals in acquiring specialized skills and obtaining employment with Japanese companies.

Our program provides end-to-end support, from Japanese language education to job placement and post-arrival assistance in Japan.

■Japanese language education (JLPT N4 level or above)
■Preparation for Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) examinations
■Guidance and support for employment opportunities in Japan
■Assistance with resume preparation and interview coaching
■Support with visa application procedures and travel arrangements
■Assistance with entry and initial settlement procedures
■Training in Japanese culture, workplace etiquette, and manners
■Follow-up support after arrival in Japan

Automotive Maintenance Personnel Development

Through Ricardo’s initiatives, the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Examination for Automobile Maintenance was successfully conducted on November 12, 2025.

Out of 54 examinees, 33 candidates passed, demonstrating a strong success rate.
